4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized products.

Items purchased during a clearance or flash sale.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Outdoor products that have already been assembled.
5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized by Wood Pop Kids PK.
6. Warranty & Maintenance

Manufacturing Warranty: We provide a 6-month warranty on the manufacturing of indoor wooden structures.

Slide Replacement: A 10-day warranty is available for slides. Replacements requested after 10 days will incur a fee based on the specific model.

Exclusions: Damage caused by acts of nature (floods, storms, etc.) or improper assembly is not covered. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the longevity of wooden products.
7. Cancellation Policy
Please double-check your order before confirming. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we begin processing and preparation immediately to ensure timely delivery.
