Natural Variations: Since we use natural wood, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods, including Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Orders are confirmed and processed only after payment verification or COD confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Scope: Delivery is currently available within Pakistan.
Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 working days following order confirmation.
Disclaimers: While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Exclusions: Customized, personalized, or assembled outdoor items are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations
- Standard orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation policy no longer applies.
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom builds, these orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any malicious software.
Unauthorized reproduction or “scraping” of website content, images, or designs is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
