At Wood Pop Kids PK, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted wooden play equipment. We want your little ones to enjoy their new gear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

1. Our 7-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Hassle-Free Exchanges

Did you receive the wrong item or find a manufacturing defect? We will make it right.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives with a defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Change of Mind: If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any price difference between the products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain safety and quality standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized/Personalized Orders: Items made specifically to your size or color preferences.

  • Assembled Outdoor Units: Any product that has already been fully assembled and installed outdoors.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased during “Clearance” or “Flash Sales” are final sale.

4. How to Process Your Request
  1. Email Us: Send your order number and the reason for your return/exchange to info@woodpopkidspk.com.

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  3. Shipment: Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the item.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), Wood Pop Kids PK will cover all shipping costs.

  • For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
