Email Us: Send your order number and the reason for your return/exchange to info@woodpopkidspk.com.
Verification: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Shipment: Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the item.
Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), Wood Pop Kids PK will cover all shipping costs.
For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
