At Wood Pop Kids PK, we understand that getting your new activity equipment delivered and set up safely is just as important as the quality of the product itself. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery process and assembly support.

Shipping Information

We strive to deliver our handcrafted wooden products across Pakistan as quickly and safely as possible.

• Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping services to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.

• Processing Time: Since many of our items are finished to order, please allow 3–5 working days for order processing and packaging.

• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. Please note that remote areas may require additional transit time.

• Shipping Charges: Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and your delivery location. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number or a delivery update via email or SMS.

Installation & Assembly

Our products are designed with both durability and ease of assembly in mind. To ensure the safety of your children, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Self-Assembly (DIY)

Most of our indoor Montessori and activity sets are shipped “flat-packed” to ensure they arrive without damage.

• What’s Included: Every package includes the necessary hardware (screws, bolts) and a step-by-step instruction manual.

• Tools Required: Most items can be assembled using basic household tools like a screwdriver or an Allen key (often provided).

2. Professional Installation

For larger outdoor structures or complex gym sets, we recommend professional installation to ensure structural integrity.

• Availability: Professional installation services may be available for an additional fee in select cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).

3. Safety Check

Before allowing children to use the equipment, please perform a quick safety inspection:

• Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened firmly.

• Place the equipment on a level surface.

• For indoor sets, we recommend using a play mat underneath for added safety.

Important Notes

• Inspection upon Delivery: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, please document it with photos before opening and notify the courier immediately.

• Missing Parts: In the rare event that a piece of hardware is missing, contact us at info@woodpopkidspk.com within 48 hours, and we will dispatch the replacement parts at no extra cost.
